IBD/TIPP Poll: Warren 27 and Biden 26 (UPDATE from RCP: Biden 26.3, Warren 26.0 (Biden + 0.3)

RCP updated based on this poll. Can't be any closer than this!
Okay, they are the two best candidates in my judgement. I still strongly believe we need Biden to take on Trump. See how other polls stack up later this week.

Sep 26-Oct 3, 2019 A- IBD/TIPP (RV)
Warren 27% (Warren +1)
Biden 26%,
Sanders `0%, Buttigieg 7%, Harris 3%, Yang 3%, O'Rourke 2%, Klobucha 1%, Gabbard 1%, Castro 1%
All others 0.

This is apparently one of the most accurate pollsters. If so, it is really only a two horse race between Biden and Warren.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

IBD/TIPP surveyed 341 Democrats and independents who lean Democratic between Sept. 26 and Oct. 3 via landline and mobile phone.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and former Vice President Joe Biden are running neck and neck with a large lead over the rest of the Democratic primary field, according to a national poll released Monday.

Warren was the first choice of 27 percent of Democrats and Democrat-leaning independents surveyed by Investor's Business Daily and TIPP, 1 percentage point ahead of Biden.

The Massachusetts lawmaker gained 3 points from the same survey in September, while Biden dropped from 28 percent to 26 percent support.

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) was the third most-popular choice of respondents, at 10 percent support in the new poll, a 2 point drop from last month.

South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg (D) gained 2 points from September to now register at 7 percent support.
No other Democratic candidate cleared 3 percent support.

IBD/TIPP surveyed 341 Democrats and independents who lean Democratic between Sept. 26 and Oct. 3 via landline and mobile phone.

First they talk about momentum per usual but here is the key info...

"The IBD/TIPP Poll reflects responses from 900 adults contacted via mobile phones and landlines from Sept. 26 to Oct. 3 and carries a 3.3-point margin of error. Polling for the Democratic presidential nomination includes a subset of 341 Democrats and independents who lean Democrat. Ukraine-related questions reflect the views of a subset of 748 people following the recent news about Trump's call with the Ukrainian president."

Not random at all chosen for their 'concern' over the Ukraine...this is a flawed poll ... with a sample picked to bash Biden...but Warren will still not be the nominee IMHO.

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

that's why I always say:

the polls are what the polls are

People should not start unskewing and/or cherry-picking polls when they start going south for their candidate.

The media helped pound the Pocahontas crap into the ground. It stuck with her for a long time.

How about instead of saying that the media needs to treat her worse....
Maybe they should be treating the other candidates better?

From the recent states I remember, Warren is doing good in Iowa, NH, Wisconsin, Biden is generally competetive everywhere, has a large lead in the southern states and was also at the top in California I think. These are only a handful of states but it would be interesting to know where Warren makes up the (current) losses in states where Biden has a healthy lead.

primary today, I would vote for:
