Who is Joe Biden exactly??

(I left this in another op, but thought it really stands on its own..)

Joe Biden is a straight up liberal..

and what exactly does that mean?

I would be ecstatic to be able to cast a vote for him for President, and I think he would be awesome and be able to correct and heal some of our relationships with our allies, as well as help to heal our nation.
