You know what would be infinitely more helpful IMO? Sharing the experience of having an MI, the difficult work of rehab, and prevention. Be genuine. Do real things, encourage others going through the same thing to FOLLOW THEIR PROVIDER'S ADVICE.
Heart attack = dead muscle in your heart. It's a big deal.
