Amy Klobuchar was the star of tonight's debate.

Everything she said impressed me.

I'm not switching my preference. I admire Biden even more and also think he has the best chance of beating Trump.

But Kudos to Senator Klobuchar for a bravura debate.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Turn off for me. Her comments to Warren that there are other ideas besides Warren"s sounded petulant to me and I thought the pipe dream comment sounded snarky. Better tactic would have been to stick to a positive promotion of her own ideas.

I liked when Booker pointed thst out. We can't descend into the kind of personal backbiting that Republicans did in 2016 primaries.

I liked her fine up until tonight but her demeanor in general seemed disingenuous and too rehearsed. I also take issue when any candidates tries to defend their position by prefacing their comments with "The American People Want". This is a common Republican gaslighting technique. She is certainly not the only candidate that does this...Bernie does as well. Bernie usually does back himself up with polling stats. Anywho….I just can't stand when any candidate presumes to speak for me.

I was a bit disappointed in Warren for not simply saying, yes, middle class taxes will go up, and at the same time costs will go down because people will not have to pay premiums, copays or deductibles. So costs will actually be reduced and healthcare would be extended to ALL Americans.

That is all she has to say, because that is her plan. Sigh.

Biden did pretty good, and I did like Klobuchar.

I wasn't particularly impressed with Beto this time around, or Castro. Booker did OK, but not a standout. And I didn't think Gabbard had a particularly good performance.

Will I be changing my preference? Nope. I like Warren a lot and am going to stick with her, but we must all remember this:

Our paramount task is to defeat Trump, Pence and clean out this Republican swamp that stinks to high heaven, just like the Pripet marshes, if you take my meaning. We have to put in clean people and get rid of the dark money corruption. Do that and we can have our republic back.

Heard him speak at an event and he was great. Honestly, I'd prefer he take this experience, go back to Indiana and run for governor. He has so much name recognition he might have a chance and goodness knows we could use a man like him in a red state.

He could take the experience as governor and run with it. Before this race his husband said they were talking about adopting. As governor they could start a family, enact major changes in the state and then come back in 2027 to run for president. By that time he could be almost unstoppable.

65. Yes, they were. As far as I'm concerned they both did very well.

I was particularly happy to hear Yang given and taking many opportunities to speak. And I noticed, I may be mistaken, no one could really refute his arguments for UBI. I wouldn't be surprised if UBI becomes other candidates talking points on the campaign trail.

As far as Steyer, billionaire or not, I like his ethics and happy to hear more from him as well.

when she said to Warren, who I really like but was disingenuous, I want to give a reality check to Elizabeth. No one on this stage wants to protect billionaires. Not even the billionaire wants to protect billionaires. We just have different approaches. Your idea is not the only idea, referencing Steyer. As well as, At least Bernie is being honest here, and saying how he’s going to pay for this and that taxes are going to go up.

Awesome exchanges for Klobuchar breaking it down. I loved this 4th debate.

As far as Biden, no thank you.

I was shocked that she showed such spirit in an honest straightforward way.

unable to continue. I certainly hope that won't happen, but I've had to rearrange my top 3 as this primary season has progressed. Currently Joe is still #1. Amy & Beto are #2 & #3.

Pete Buttigieg was also very impressive.

Sen. Klobuchar has elevated herself into my personal choice for a running mate to Joe Biden.

Minnesota is in play and is definitely a target for Trump.

Klobuchar would help seal her home state and would help us win in WI, MI, and PA.

This is an election we need to win.

Great job Senator!
