Good for her!

Update:

UPDATE >> Because of Kamala’s protest, the sponsor that awarded Trump has been completely removed from this event and it’s been opened up to HBCU student participation. She led, and she got results. She will now participate in Mayor Benjamin’s forum at Benedict today. https://twitter.com/iansams/status

?s=19

NEWS: Kamala Harris will now SKIP tomorrow's Second Step Presidential Justice Forum at Benedict College, where she was a scheduled speaker. Harris is protesting that President Trump was given an award today for his criminal justice efforts.
If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

she said she wouldn't participate, then the dumbass organization that gave Trump the award was booted from the event, and the event was opened to all students at the HBCU.

You obviously have a very different definition of "chickened out".

Accepting the invitation, and appearing, would have been endorsing the message, and pandering.

Kind of like doing a Fox News Town Hall.

@adamslily
YESTERDAY: Sponsor of forum gives Trump an award for his "work" on CJR, excludes HBCU students from event.

LAST NIGHT: Kamala says she won't be a part of papering over Trump's record, wants HBCU students included.

TODAY: Sponsor is dropped, event now open to public.

Results.
