Democratic Primaries

More trivia. I was Googling images to see if Warren wore any makeup (just lipstick, I think), and realized that she has a really youthful looking neck. I'm sure that contributes to her general image of youthfulness (along with her marvelous energy), since, I think, necks aren't easy to do surgery on, so they're revealing. Now I'm wondering if some marketing guru advised her to wear her constant medium low necklines, to accentuate this. Or maybe just her mirror did. In general, I'm interested in the people, like image advisors, if any, in the background of these candidates.
I know, MineralMan, my motives in this post are suspect. I'm probably a bad person for being interested in anything but policy. But, hey, just wondering.

(146,318 posts)Please don't do that. It's impolite.
My interest in the condidition of the skin on female candidates' necklines is zero. It's the candidate's brain that interests me. I'd think that would be the main thing, really.

(146,318 posts)I can enter a thread where I'm being called out and address it directly. And I do. I really don't want DU to be ruled by fear of saying something that is impolite.

(13,783 posts)... why you haven't responded to my posts asking how to pronounce cwydro. And whether or not it's Welsh. Is it a secret?

cwydro
(51,308 posts)It is Welsh; however when I joined so long ago, I spelled it wrong (its missing an r), but the word I intended to use as a name was the Welsh word for wanderer. DU software wouldnt let me correct it lol, so there it is.
My mother was Welsh. Came here in the 50s. Now that mom is gone, all the family I have left live in Wales. I want very much to move there.

(31,521 posts)as now. Classic, no frills business attire. She has developed her own style that works best for her job and her fashion sense. It is practical, comfortable and looks good on her body type.
Her youthful looking neck is probably due more to genetics than anything else.
