He is actually dropping out and his statement says he will definitely NOT be running for US Senate since he has no interest in the job.

Rather a low profile candidate. Nor was he even on the list you could indicate you favored.

So I'm guessing that the 17 or so people who knew he was running will care, but hardly anyone else.

It is too bad that the campaign was hijacked by M4A and other issues were lost. We should have paid attention to a Democratic governor with executive experience, especially someone from a Republican state that Trump carried with a wide margin.
