The comments on Amy's page.

With Senator Harris suspending her campaign, which I did not see coming; I decided to surf around on other candidates social media to see what I've been missing. I don't know about you, but to me there have been way too many candidates who just can't be serious. Seeing Kamala exit the stage is disappointing in many ways, she's amazing.

Anyway, It's clear the Trolls are out, flinging their crazy in all directions. However, Senator Klobuchar's Facebook page has a surprising proportion of comments that are completely vile.

Hmmmm...

Because she's a woman, relatively moderate, from a Midwestern swing state?

I went to her speeches and voted for her when I lived in Minnesota but I know liberals who can't stand her because they think she's abusive to her workers.

Not sure how Facebook works - can't moderators ban people and hide / delete posts?

delete posts and block posters.

Amy Klobuchar has opted not to do that. She leaves the ugly posts there for people to see. Good decision on her part, I think.

I imagine it's more likely that it's a volunteer.

Making the page unpleasant to visit doesn't seem like a good idea to me.

she has explained how it is to be moderated to those who do moderate it.

From what I know of her, she would not remove such materials from her public page. She leaves them there, to illustrate how wrong the other side is.

I admire her forthrightness.

Joe Biden
