... going on CNN or MSNBC, someone said that 77% of Democrats and 57% or Republicans(!) are for the wealth tax. I can't find a poll that addresses that. Has anyone else heard such a thing? If so, it gives me hope that Warren is going to be shown to have tapped something that may turn into a tipping point.
I was very glad to hear her current spiel on health care. Now she's emphasizing reducing prescription drug costs on her FIRST DAY in office. She says it's something the president can do, but she didn't explain how. Does anyone have more info on that?

That sounds like something I heard as well, but can't remember where. I'm on information overload. It might have been on Rachel's show, as Warren was her guest.

(21,795 posts)Just like the Republicans support a balanced budget, but they vote for tax cuts and spending increases.
Just like they love Jesus and call themselves Christians, but they piss on the poor, the sick, the hungry and kiss the asses of the despots and the rich.
