When is the earliest available appointment?

... Ok, enough of me being a snarky facetious SOB. But seriously, aren't you counting Bernie's chickens before they have a snowflake's chance in hell to hatch? I am one of those naysayers who appreciates Bernie's plan as lofty rhetoric, but is very skeptical of its chances of becoming law. And while M4A is on its way of not becoming law, a lot of people are getting turned off by it, for various reasons. This puts Democrats in real danger of losing the next election.
