(92,438 posts)such a thing when not only Biden hadn't officially announced, and if he did announce would have no idea if he would be the nominee. In addition, naming a specific VP makes even less sense without talking to that person first, and getting that person's consent.
The story never made sense to me. Maybe it's true, and they did float it, but I remain skeptical
