Most of Tampa’s are on Dale Mabry not far from the stadium.
I live in Tampa Bay on the Pinellas side so I know all about the rivalries of the two counties so I always reference Tampa Bay unless talking something specifically about the city of Tampa.

The city is Tampa, the area of Tampa/St Pete is the Tampa Bay area, not Tampa Bay. It's not a city name, it's an area name. If you live in Largo, you're in between Clearwater and St Pete, and therefore yes, you are in the Tampa Bay area, but you do not live in Tampa Bay, unless you're actually a fish? If you had a houseboat, you could live on Tampa Bay, though.
Why this is a point? Well, they don't call San Francisco San Francisco Bay, it's San Francisco or the San Francisco Bay area.
The last time I was home I stayed in a hotel in Largo, because it was convenient to Sand Key. I spent many summers at Sand Key before it was the nice park it is now; it was just a wide spit of sand with a beach back then. I grew up fishing out on the Gulf in my dad's deep sea fishing boat. We lived in Sarasota, New Port Richey and then Town n Country in Tampa, from the very early 60's until the late 80's, and it is still home for me, even though I don't live there now.
I will not comment on the strip clubs though...I never went to any of them, lol! But yes, there's always been a bunch of'em on Dale Mabry.
