$180 million would be a game changer if devoted to countering Trump's Facebook and other social media advantage.

Instead, they're wasting it on frivolous vanity projects.

so it doesn't count. Not when he's still in the race for the Dem nomination.
Indeed, if he wins the nomination, he'll get to draw on some of that money in the presidential election.
