Corporate Media uses the MOM method to dismiss Andrew Yang, Elizabeth Warren, and Bernie Sanders. What is MOM?
To the casual viewer, the following This Week panel may seem like straight reporting. Unfortunately, that could not be the furthest from the truth.

(710 posts)was constantly dismissing Joe Biden as if he was bound to crash and burn. This is the first week that they finally said his base is sticking with him and solid.. How do you explain that?

They've acknowledge that they made a lot of serious mistakes in 2016, but they will just do it again. It is so rare to find a political pundit who has any idea what is going on.

(2,657 posts)they have spent eight months disparaging Biden every chance that they could:
He's too old.
He makes too many gaffes.
He's only popular because of name recognition.
His long record in the Senate will be a liability.
He's a white male--not diverse enough for Democrats.
He's not liberal enough in the era of AOC.
He's the frontrunner--but for how long? His support will plummet as time goes on.
I think they have a playbook in which they write down all of the ways that they can mess with Democrats.

Excellent summary of how they go about influencing rather than informing.
