Mayor Pete has overtaken Elizabeth Warren in DU Primaries support!

When you look at the candidates with the top support, there's Pete Buttigieg with 6% of DUers' allegiance, bumping Elizabeth Warren out of that fourth place spot.

Next up: Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden at 8% each.

GO, MAYOR PETE!!!!

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:

but I'm willing to bet that what changes over the next year is a tidal wave of support in favor of Pete, who by all appearances is an earnest, intelligent and caring individual who is every bit deserving of representing the Democrats in 2020 and the United States of America in 2021.

I see March 27 on my calendar as well. But I'm hearing uplifting words from a visionary, reminiscent of Barack Obama. There are other outstanding orators in the field, Beto and Kamala in particular. Bernie, Elizabeth, and Joe (if he runs) are no slouches either.

But there's something special about Pete and I'm not waiting for several months to extol his leadership qualities.

And it can be contagious!

I think the only reason I’m not declaring a candidate at this point is that I’m feeling swamped in my “real life,” and I guess I’d feel an obligation to be able to answer questions and advocate for my choice, and I’m not ready for that yet.

If I absolutely had to vote today, though, I’m almost sure it would be for Pete.
