I'm switching my primary vote to Sanders

When I heard the news that we had killed a popular Iranian general, my first reaction was OMG, Trump is getting us into another war!

Statements from Biden and Warren emphasized first the badness of Soleimani. I don't care how bad he was. For Trump to murder someone without the consultation and consent of Congress was wrong!

I want to hear emphatic condemnation from our politicians. I want them to reflect the fear and dismay that most of us feel!

4. Sorry if I made a mistake, but this is what I read:

"Soleimani was a murderer, responsible for the deaths of thousands, including hundreds of Americans. But this reckless move escalates the situation with Iran and increases the likelihood of more deaths and new Middle East conflict. Our priority must be to avoid another costly war."

5. One sentence followed by "but" is not emphasizing anything.

her statement could not have been clearer -

No More Middle East Wars

We’re on the brink of yet another war in the Middle East—one that would be devastating in terms of lives lost and resources wasted. We’re not here by accident. We’re here because a reckless president, his allies, and his administration have spent years pushing us here.

Donald Trump ripped up an Iran nuclear deal that was working. He’s repeatedly escalated tensions. Now he’s assassinated a senior foreign military official. He’s been marching toward war with Iran since his first days in office—but the American people won’t stand for it.

All three of my brothers served in uniform. I know the sacrifices we ask of them and their families. Trump’s actions put every service member and diplomat in the region at risk. This is a moment for vigilance—for Americans to speak up and speak out. No more Middle East wars.

Neither could the follow up

8. Exactly. However, the purpose of this thread is hyperbole, and to misrepresent what was said

9. She's saying that even though he was a murderer, that doesn't excuse this reckless move.

That's what that little word "but" means. Yes, he was a murderer BUT.

he was not a good person

While the OP seems to be upset because they mentioned that he was not a good person, I wonder what the OPs position was when President Obama ordered the killing of bin Laden?

No one switches from another candidate to Sanders.

This is just to create a pro-Sanders OP.
