What Warren and Sanders Said to Each Other

New York Times: “People familiar with the exchange said Ms. Warren walked over and told Mr. Sanders that she was concerned that, during the debate, he had mischaracterized a conversation they had in 2018 about whether a woman could win the presidency. She has accused him of saying that a woman could not; he has denied that remark.”

“Appearing frustrated, Mr. Sanders asked to discuss the matter at a different time, said the people, who insisted on anonymity to discuss a sensitive, private conversation. He pointed his finger toward her, then back at himself, before turning and walking away.”

doing that my entire life. I’m not saying Warren was wrong. But I also know from experience that exchanges like that one often result from what ended up being miscommunications involving assumptions and perceived meanings that were not intended.

The account of the exchange does fit exactly what I perceived in watching it. Warren made her point effectively in the debate. All’s good.

Former Vice President Joe Biden during Wednesday night’s Democratic debate in Detroit that he would renegotiate the Trans-Pacific Partnership, a trade deal that he pushed for in the Obama administration.

In 2015, Biden called the deal a “comprehensive, high-standard trade agreement." However, on Wednesday, the ex-veep said: “I would not rejoin TPP as it was initially put forward.”

21 days before the Iowa Caucus ...Are we to believe that she suddenly became offended for a conversation that took place in 2018 ? ..Why was Warren not offended when she was riding high in the polls- 6 months age ? . Bernie urged Warren to run for President in 2015 - because he believed a woman could not get elected President of the United States ?...A Mysoginist that was willing to set aside his own ambitions so a women could run for President ? … None of this makes any sense

One of them is lying. I don't think that's the kind of thing liz would blatantly lie about. I do believe it is something someone would lie about if they in fact said it. Just human nature that it's more likely it was said and lied about than it was lied about and never said.

But do we really need someone who would lie in the wh? Don't we have enough change, chaos, disruption and lies to last us a lifetime?
