Sun Jan 26, 2020, 08:46 PM
Jan 2020

I require more than one tweet from a comedian before I label him a birther.

and yes that booklet was by Obama's literary agent in 1991, well before the birther movement. Verified by snopes.

https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/promotional-booklet/

Miriam Goderich edited the text of the bio; she is now a partner at the Dystel & Goderich agency, which lists Obama as one of its current clients.

“You’re undoubtedly aware of the brouhaha stirred up by Breitbart about the erroneous statement in a client list Acton & Dystel published in 1991 (for circulation within the publishing industry only) that Barack Obama was born in Kenya. This was nothing more than a fact checking error by me — an agency assistant at the time,” Goderich wrote. “There was never any information given to us by Obama in any of his correspondence or other communications suggesting in any way that he was born in Kenya and not Hawaii. I hope you can communicate to your readers that this was a simple mistake and nothing more.”

He's a shock jock comedian but I'm not taking that one Tweet as proof that he is a birther, I've seen what republicans do to comedians like Michelle Wolf and Kathy Griffin.

And you want to rationalize Rogan promoting a white supremacist rag like Brietbart because Breitbart "had a fact an article," which it then used to promote a racist conspiracy theory...

But hey, carry on...

So it isn't so much now that he was a birther (since it's clear that he was doing a bit on something someone on Obama's staff wrote), NOW it's because he linked to Breitbart.

It's almost like you are just looking for a way to shit on Rogan since he endorsed Sanders.

An article from Breitbart.

It's almost like you are just looking for a way defend the conservative bigoted shit that Rogan spouts for a living, including promoting on twitter a Brietbart piece that wouldn't last two minutes on DU, since he endorsed Sanders.

Someone else just responding to me with "YOU DON'T KNOW ME" is not problematic at all.

If anyone here is needling, it's not me. I actually have had a dialogue about who this person is and if I know anything. The other in thins instance has added NOTHING to the discussion despite my efforts to dig deeper into the subject.

and yes that booklet was by Obama's literary agent in 1991, well before the birther movement.
