While this post doesn't relate directly to the Presidential primaries,

it does relate to the MD Special Election in February for the MD Congressional seat of the late Elijah Cummings as well as the MD Primaries and the GE , so I am posting it here for greater exposure.

If you are eligible to vote in the MD Special Election for District 7, PLEASE ensure that you are registered to vote in this Special Election on Feb. 4, 2020.

I received this message today from the Howard County Democratic Central Committee:

The District. The 7th Congressional District includes parts of Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Howard County. There are approximately 510,000 registered voters in the district. While almost half live in Baltimore City (214,000 voters), the rest are split between the other two jurisdictions. Approximately 142,000 voters live in Baltimore County, and about 127,000 reside in Howard County.

**************

We will miss Rep. Cummings very much. But there are some excellent candidates running. The winner of the Special Election will hold Rep. Cumming's seat until the current term expires on January 3, 2021.

I won't be in the US at the times of the elections, but I have registered to vote by absentee ballot for the Special Elections, the Maryland Primary Elections, and the General Elections.

You can bet that I WILL vote in each and every one of them.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

"for greater exposure" as the Special Election is NEXT WEEK!

I see many things posted in this forum that do not necessarily have a direct connection to any of the candidates running for President.

But this certainly does relate to "Democratic Primaries," which is why I made the distinction that I did when I posted it.

Thanks for your suggestion, however. Please feel free to post it for me.

I am very busy over the next few days prepping for a transatlantic departure and will only be dropping by at odd moments. Next week will be calmer, thank heavens.
