Important Biden speech in Waukee IA this morning, 11 ET

Last edited Thu Jan 30, 2020, 09:14 PM - Edit history (1)

That's the time the event starts, according to his website (10 CST).

I don't know the exact time his speech will start, but since this is earlier than today's impeachment trial coverage, I'm guessing MSNBC, CNN and C-SPAN will all be carrying it.

I'll post links for watching online if I see any in time, but because of my schedule I'm likely to miss this, so I hope video of the entire speech will be available later.

Editing to link to the thread I just posted with video of the event.

I wish he would speak out about the allegations about Ukraine. It’s time, Joe.

Have you ever heard of the question: "Sir, when did you stop beating your wife?"

Imagine an innocent man at a press conference -- say, Barack Obama. The very question itself presupposes guilt, and guilt of a vile sort. If he says: "I never raised a hand to Michelle!" headlines will blare: "Obama denies..." and proceed with speculation about where there's smoke there's fire.

And so the vile story is implanted in the public mind.

Be careful what you wish for.

Hadn’t thought of it that way. I missed the speech anyhow. Couldn’t find it on TV. Best to focus on a positive message for Iowa.

I even heard it teased on MSNBC but then had to go live life. Was it on anywhere?
