Maybe MSNBC and CNN have lost momentum but it does not extend past the media.

F them.

We will get the count when we get the count.

Now, all you precinct captains get in your truck, car, wagon, saddle, whatever and take your written results to the party headquarters.

Everyone else, get some sleep.

It would be impossible to tinker with the results when dozens/hundreds of people know the exact results at their precinct.

The number of caucus goers for each candidate from the first count, the number of caucus goers for each candidate from the second count and the final number of state primary delegates awarded to each candidate as appropriate based on the % of vote for that precinct.

There are paper ballots that each caucus participant must sign and turn in after the voting for each round. So there IS a paper trail. That paper trail takes precedence over the phoned-in tabulations in case there are any discrepancies.

There were none the last time, but there were problems with the satellite locations in the Casinos on the strip, apparently, regarding how they were run.

I HATE CAUCUSES!!!

if everyone went to primaries, there would be no reason any longer to argue over who goes first in the voting nationwide. It would be a bunch of negotiations.

The only reason we have primaries in Nevada, is because Harry Reid wanted them, so we would be among the first voting states. Or so I was told whenever I asked.
