I make this promise from California.

Secretary of State Alex Padilla runs a tight election and I promise a smoother, transparent process. However, I also have to warn you that a lot of people vote by mail and the final delegate totals won't shake out for a few days. But I promise you will not see the clusterfuck that was the Iowa Caucus.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
