Most people were told to expect that sanders would raise more than $20 million given that he had raised over $10 million in his first week https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/meet-the-press/trump-turns-2020-election-referendum-health-care-n989926

Bernie Sanders raised $5.9 million in his first 24 hours, and appears to be on pace to raise more than $20 million for the quarter after announcing on February 19.

sanders also felled short of the 1 million contributions he promised.

Where did Bernie promise he woluld have 1 million contributions. Nice try, but you can't dampen that achievement. you may not like it, but there are many people supporting Sanders.

5. In the real world, people are talking about sanders falling below expectations

Meet the Press and other people were led to believe that sanders would break $20 million in part since he got over $10 million in his first week and that was a while back. As for the promise of 1 million contributors

It does not really matter in that a portion of these funds will end going to Old Towne Media at some point for "commissions" on tv ads.

I wonder if Mayor Pete kept sanders from reaching $20 million goal

White House. If they are giving to their chosen candidates now in these amounts, just think how much money the final candidate can raise against Trump.
