(34,661 posts)the PR for Bloomberg. Every As that I have seen, reflects some thing or Topic he discussed on Cable News before joining Bloomberg.
We are about to see some really get in your face Ads coming. Appears what ever Trumps response is,is the next ratcheting up for the new Ads.

(34,484 posts)dishonesty, racism, misogyny, etc. Trump's voters see these as features, not bugs. We either have to give up on them, or win them over on other grounds, such as health care and economic issues.

(8,090 posts)and will back him as long as the economy is (supposedly) doing well. Democrats really need to start hammering home how the economy is doing well for some, but not nearly all. 30% of the country is crazy -- think back to Dubya. The number is at least that high with Trump cultists, but I gotta have hope that indies will come through. And Dems MUST turn out and vote!

(20,220 posts)even if they were the only candidate running for dog catcher. But we can win over the independents, the people who just didn't consider Clinton "likable", even though they didn't hold Trump to the same standard, the people that voted for a totally unqualified man because they thought Washington needed a "change". It's hard to get people to admit they made a mistake when you ask them face to face. Fortunately, our vote is private.

(18,402 posts)and write personal checks for ad production and massive amounts of air time. Certainly cuts down on all that pesky stuff like talking to voters everywhere, holding town halls at the local VFW or library, and worst of all, debating.
I guess retail politics is for the little guys (and gals).
Sorry, but It offends me. And its not because I hate billionaires. I love our billionaire governor, JB Pritzger. Yeah, he bought ads, but he also traveled to every county in the state, rural and urban, stood on street corners, and killed it in debates.

(53,061 posts)Of the candidates combined.
Not only has he been her personally, with no arm chair in sight, he has had the biggest campaign events.
He also is campaigning in a way to support Mark Kelly for Senate and in so doing is helping AZ go Blue.
He has not just hired a huge staff, he has hired them for the duration and at real executive wages.
One of the things people should expect is that as people drop out of the race they will all migrate to the Bloomberg campaign.
Is he spending money? Yes.
Is he doing it in a smart way? Yes
Is he doing it in a way that is most likely to help us get the Senate back? Absolutely.

I really wish Warren hadn't peaked so soon, because I agree with so much of her platform and determination to bring back the middle class.
Bloomberg might be the guy, though, who could really beat Trump. And that is the #1 priority.

(88 posts)that billionaires are now running for office. The billionaires have control of the economy but now want the laws to boot. One must ask the question why would any billionaire seek office? The answer isnt going to be to save America when they have been a huge part of hurting it. The answer is going to be power.
