Bloomberg to drive Trump nuts with a huge ad campaign attacking president's business failures

xios reported Sunday evening that former Mayor Michael Bloomberg intends to employ a similar campaign strategy as Hillary Clinton: attack Trump on his business failures.

In 2016, Clinton called out Trump’s tendency toward bankruptcy, highlighting every opportunity Trump had to increase his father’s money for a higher profit. But investment after another failed, as Trump was forced to file for bankruptcy six times for five different companies. It’s information Americans should be familiar with, so the question remains, how will Bloomberg’s attacks be any different?

“He is a real estate promoter as opposed to a businessman,” Bloomberg told Axios. “And they have very different ways of going about things.”

“A promoter does one transaction and is never going to see that customer ever again. In his case, he sells a building to you, and chances are he’ll never have you as a customer again. So he can be much more aggressive in terms of trying to get the best deal for himself,” Bloomberg continued.

“So the business world is much more complex, and you don’t behave that way,” Bloomberg said of Trump’s negotiating style. “And I think that explains a lot of … his demeanor here versus other presidents or what I would do. … That’s the way I’ve always thought about it. Because you look at him and you say, ‘Why does he do this?’ That’s what my conclusion is.”

the real enemy instead of each other, or they're going to blow this election. Every client today expressed disappointment in the debate and the sniping at each other, and the idiotic Biden attack ad on Buttigieg. Total turn off for them. Ages are 89, 78, 57. Lifelong Dems and always vote, but getting pissed off about the infighting instead of attacking the enemy. They are all undecided right now, but they lean moderate from what I can gather. They're for sure not Sanders or Warren fans, didn't mention Bloomberg (but we're in OR), adamant about voting for our nominee. I suspect my clients aren't the only ones who feel this way. Not sure how they'll vote, but for sure, every one of our candidates needs to start ruthlessly attacking trump every chance they get. I know a lot of folks don't think enthusiasm matters, but it does, and we have to get the turnout numbers way up!

And there's soooo many ways to paint him as a total loser: businesses, marriage, parenting and golf come to mind.

He's also a piece of shit as a diplomat, as an employer and with making deals.

Thanks, Mike. Let the barrage begin.......

Each Democratic primary challenger has left a mark on Trump. 95% of them weren’t gonna get the nomination, but 90% of them have relentlessly battered Trump for the past year and beyond.

And where did they do that? On free media—the same place Trump got exposure in 2016. The corporate media, over-eager for an election story drama in 2016, covered Trump 24/7 for free.

But since 2019, the Trump news has been challenging quotes by Democratic candidates and Impeachment Congresspeople. Except Fox News. But Trump means fewer viewers now that the impeachment story is over. His antics are old.

And who better to tell the true story of a washed-up New York fake billionaire than Michael Bloomberg? I’m enjoying him much more than I thought I would.

After all he's known Trump and his bs con artist ways for a longtime. Bloomberg is the guy from back home who knows all the inside dirt on Trump and Trump knows it. Man it's going to be a Twitter sh*t storm and then some when those ads start flying.
