Trump is the most offensive creature roaming this planet and he is in charge... None of this hyperbole matters to me...A lot to do about nothing.....

My focus...seek out the candidate who can successfully confront Trump...

Makes me sick when I see people criticizing anyone who might end up as our nominee, when ANY of them are far better than President Scumbag

#1 is a joke not many people will get directed at one person who won't understand, whose good-naturedness is well intended but lost.
#2 is a joke with fangs, directed at a group of people, that everybody will understand perfectly, and that might actually deter bad behavior in the future by causing embarrassment in the present.

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Amy is very good at that. She tells enough dumb jokes that fall flat that she can really get away with it. BTW that is somethings that all comics do.

Remember that "there are three women on the stage" from the first debate. She uses it as a scalpel. But if you watched the Bernie/Amy comedy routines in the last several debates you will see she uses it as much as a unifying hook.

It is an aspect that is underrated. It will drive Trump crazy, He hates to be laughed at.

Exactly. This is a crucial point more people need to understand.

He actually likes to be hated, and loves to be feared.

But laughter destroys him.

And coming soon, there is going to be a lot of laughter.

I see the humor in the pony soldier comment and I thought Klobuchar's "Hi, Bernie people" was perfect timing.

That said, in other news:

"More than 100 U.S. troops diagnosed with brain injuries from Iran attack",

"Kellyanne Conway bewilderingly argues the Vindman brothers weren't fired",

"Iceberg that's twice the size of Washington cleaves off Pine Island Glacier in Antarctica",

"Trump eliminates 70 positions inherited from Obama -- including roles on the NSC",

"Amazon wants to depose Trump over loss of military contract", and

in the next few hours, pretty much anything Trump does, tweets, or says!
