She is proposing very similar ideas to the ones Pete is proposing. The public option is a great way to go towards Medicare for all.

She is very serious about beating MoscowMitch and this excellent ad shows that.

Improving health care through improving the ACA and adding a public option is. That may lead in time to MfA, but it's a risky campaign pledge today (a position that not all Presidential candidates agree with),
