Then see him take money he doesn’t need from others.

Bloomberg will have to defend his record in a debate sooner or later. He cannot dodge with ads the entire time. He will have to face the tough questions like everyone else.

With strong limits on individual spending, maybe a limit of $500, which would apply to me and you, as well as to Bloomberg and Exxon. No PAC money.
Media would supply TV time with a Fairness Doctrine.
We have to get money out of elections; it always ends up being totally corrupting.

Fairness Doctrine would just guarantee that the oligarchs and billionaires wouldn’t buy the elections by buying the media, and suppressing some voices.
