It doesn’t bear on the statement you were trying to defend.

You could have said “the Cowboys had a disappointing season”. That too would be a fact. But it wouldn’t rebut the fact that the poll is damaging to the “‘not Bernie’ is a solid majority of Democrats” theory. It damages the notion that “once the moderate lane coalesces behind a single candidate - Bernie will be history”.

Bloomberg may, in fact, have the financial resources to take on Trump... but this poll is not good news for his tiny handful of supporters on DU.

I can see Bloomberg picking up some undecideds, but I don't see many people who prefer Bernie to Bloomberg changing their minds, no matter how many ads Bloomberg runs.
