What do they want from him? Sackcloth and ashes?
Mea culpas in every speech?

(24,122 posts)a mere TWO DAYS after producing what I thought was an EFFECTIVE video saying he "gets it," which served only to keep the #MeToo stories alive in the news and cause people to question whether he truly DOES "get it." Why do that?!?! Makes ZERO sense!!

(7,142 posts)they take a person's strength and turn it on them. Shrub weaseled his way into the Guard during Nam and then to top it off he went AWOL. John Kerry was a Vietnam hero so they Swift Boated him.
Biden's strengths are his compassion, empathy, and love for people. Barbara Boxer said it best last night on All In, or was it someone on Bill Maher, darn this memory, anyway the statement was, would we rather have men act like Mike Pence, not permitted to go lunch or dinner with another woman unless Mother came along, or even when a woman meets with Pence in his office he leaves the door open. Is that what people want?
By the bye, it isn't just Republicans.

(1,532 posts)will be unfairly attacked on non-issues by people who are not interested in the welfare of the Democratic party and are just using the Democrats for their ego and ideology.
It is just mud-slinging and not a discussion of issues because in issues the non-Democrats lose every time.
