I like Joe Biden for all the reasons you listed. You made it easy for me.

Of course, I will support whoever gets the Democratic nomination, which is why I'm not going to be attacking the other candidates. I might ask them to take a stand on something, but I'm not going to call them names or anything. I might be voting for one of them next November. I try to remember that.

.... however, I will comment on anything I feel is misleading or dishonest, and that I am 100% certain I can back up.

I have criticized Senator Sanders for not releasing his tax forms. He can fix that at any time, but it is an issue that I can't get past at this time. I won't consider voting for anyone in the primary election who has not done so.

I will also not hesitate to call out a candidate's supporters or journalists who put forth information I feel is misleading or dishonest, and that I feel confident in correcting.

There's something about him that's genuine and honest and you can't fake that. What you see is what you get, and what you get is a thoroughly decent person. He's Trump's polar opposite. I like him a lot.

so my decision is not finalized. DU asked who I'd vote for if I were voting today. Today, it's Joe Biden, for the reasons I gave. There's still a long time left for other candidates to show me that they're a better choice.

One thing that is certain, though, is that telling me that the candidate I support is the Devil incarnate is not going to convince me to vote for the person that person supports. Not on your life.

All of the Democratic primary candidates are Democrats, whether lifelong or not. So, I expect them to be supportive of Democratic goals, and to behave like decent people behave.

for Joe because I trust him.

That he knows the geopolitical dangers that trump has put us in. Our allies don't trust trump and I doubt they will trust any gop leader for many years to come. They know Joe, they trust Joe. He will be the bridge that heals that friendship between us.

I trust that Joe will do something to protect our voting rights and get cyber security of those rights.

I trust that Joe will protect the American people as far as the SS, Medicare, ACA, personal choice and a list that goes on.

I just trust Joe.
With that said, there are many good candidates out there but these are the things that I am looking at first and foremost no matter who I vote for if he chooses not to run.
