Was that somewhere a Robinette married a Biden, because it is a familiar last name here where I live in NC. A quick look at ancestry.com shows it as a last name originating here in the US in the region he's from, so that might be it. It's all a guess on my part, but families do sometimes use a maternal last name as a middle name.
