Biden brought up the same topic today in referencing the Charlottesville debacle. No Democrat should be afraid of drawing these parallels because they absolutely exist in Trump's actions and words. The fact that the GOP has closed it's eyes and mind to the disastrous effects of Trumpism is forever their sin to carry.

These are not the values of the country. These are not the values of decent people anywhere. No one should be afraid or hesitant to say that again and again and again. This is why Trump and has odious enablers are an existential threat to who and what we are as a Nation.

So kudos for O'Rourke standing on the mark and for all our candidates willing to double, triple, quadruple down.

This is not who we are.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

How long did it take Mussolini or Hitler to start a war?

I imagine it was years of preparing their supporters for it.

This is a fear of mine - that Trumpty Dumpty will resort to made a up war to salvage himself and that the repukes will go along with it.
