post debate interview. He says Sanders is operating as if it’s the ‘60s, because of the discussion about Cuba... Pete said in the interview it’s because times have changed now. Hello, Sanders did not bring up the issue, he was responding to the question put to him about it. That’s just bad-faith ageist stereotyping on Pete’s part.

Talking over everyone made his look really bad. My wife liked him before, can't stand him now. "Typical male bluster". He listened to too many people saying he needed to show passion, and came across rude, which isn't normally him.

I really like him, and have sent him a significant amount of cash, and I want him to stay in the public arena, but this probably cost him the candidacy.

He’s sort of my “vanity” favorite.... if I could vote for a candidate that may not have a chance of winning it all... and vote for someone when I didn’t have to worry about the hellfire of Trumpism for four more years... Pete would be my favorite. But gotta go with who has the best chance of beating Trump.

As a gay man I was wondering. I’ve heard they expressed and understand the viewpoint. I do find it interesting that it hasn’t been sort of reflexively criticized as a viewpoint.

For me it was Pete, Amy, Elizabeth. Bloomberg is out. Bernie is out. Steyer has a chance, but for tonight, although he did well, he's out. For me, it's between Pete and Amy.

And, I don't know if they can win, but these are the two that I am responding to best. Pete is very smart, has a military background, good family man, and he makes sense. I don't care that he's gay (let's face it, that is problematical), and I don't care that he is younger. Both he and Amy focused on what I am very worried about: beating Trump. That's what makes the choice agonizing.

I won't cry over any of them, and I am going to support whichever one of them gets the nomination.

Steyer is right, and he did start months ago to run ads against Trump. That's very much in his favor. And, he said he is scared of Trump winning. This shows he knows how much is at stake. He came right out and said very emotionally that the country is at stake.

On a totally irrelevant note, I would love to say, "President Pete."

So sharp, the way he organizes his thoughts and then expresses them; the calm intelligent demeanor, and on and on.
