FL poll: Biden surging, Bloomberg fading in Florida primary, Sanders, Buttigieg trail badly

https://floridapolitics.com/archives/320832-latest-poll-joe-biden-surging-mike-bloomberg-fading-in-florida-primary

By A.G. Gancarskion February 27, 2020

<snip>

Biden, at 34%, is up 9 percentage points on Bloomberg, at 25% and fading.

A wave of support once trending Bloomberg, fueled by $45 million of television in the state, crashed on the rocks of a widely panned debate performance last week.

<snip>

In a distant third, U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders was the pick of just 13% of those surveyed. He was the only other candidate in double digits.

Undecided, at 10%, outpaces the meager totals for former South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg (8%), Sens. Elizabeth Warren and Amy Klobuchar (4%, 3%), and billionaire Tom Steyer (1%).

The poll was conducted Monday and Tuesday and has a 1.9% margin of error.

Go get 'em Joe!!

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

be able to behind BS or Bloomberg.

I'm leaning! I'm leaning! It's looking more and more like my vote will go to Biden in the Primary. If he keeps up what he's doing, Bloomberg's whole purpose in the election becomes moot.

I hope he can put a lid on those gaffes, and I don't love the blah campaign Joe had been running. I wish he had reached out to Bloomberg before Bloomberg announced and the two had worked together with Bloomberg doing the messaging for Joe's campaign. That would have been unbeatable. But I am pretty certain Bloomberg will be on Joe's team for the general if Joe wins the primary.

And those swing state numbers are very compelling. And it's looking like there is some movement to coalesce behind him.

I really hope so. It would be a huge relief.

Always the deciding swing states. It would be a bigger benefit having the candidates in one of those states for nine or more months instead of Iowa and New Hampshire. And the familiarity for the nominee would help in the general election. Both parties should be in favor.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
