(11,098 posts)We're talking about Bernie not even having a 1/3 of the votes and calling it "Crushing it".

(305 posts)if he picks up a little more and warren falls a little more, he's going to take 1/3 of all delegates and another 1/3 from county level.

(6,561 posts)But, Biden would likely be willing to work within a coalition to ensure victory up and down the ballot in November, as would, likely, Buttegieg and Warren. Sanders doesn't seem to like doing that much, given his record of entering and leaving the Democratic Party, and not doing much for down-ticket races in 2016.

(6,561 posts)then why are you cheerleading an under a one third plurality as "crushing it"? With the 15% rules in place, he's likely nicking delegates from both yours and my first choices, while the vast majority of the party isn't even supporting him at this point. Do you think it's "crushing it" to win 28% of the vote, and probably getting 50% or more of the delegates? Are you going to feel represented at the convention if under a true proportionate vote system, Pete and Liz would both be in reasonable contention?
