What a massive coincidence that the very moment Joe Biden's campaign regains momentum, the Burisma story we've hear nothing about for weeks comes roaring back to life. Just embarrassing for media to be covering this as a serious story at this point.

So disgusting. This shouldn't even be coming up as it was Biden's son who worked for Burisma, not Joe. His son should be called, not Joe. If they subpoena him, Joe should not abide by it and take them to court like trump/his thugs did the House.

(25,471 posts)He'll deal with it. So far, it doesn't really seem to have done much of anything. If what we've seen so far is all they've got, nobody is going to care.
Plus, every time it's mentioned, it reminds people of the Trump/Ukraine nonsense, which is a net-negative for Trump.

(2,604 posts)True or not the idea is to paint him to be as bad as Trump, or discredit him the way they did Hillary and Kerry.
Just the beginning.

it ends like this:
He was on the boards of Amtrak and BHR prior to being on the board of Burisma. Hes worked as a banker and as an attorney at a prestigious law firm, and started a lobbying firm, a consulting firm, and at least two equity firms. Again, Hunter Biden has faced marital problems and was discharged from the Navy Reserve after testing positive for drugs. But the idea that he didnt have the experience or qualifications to be on the board of Burisma is simply not the true.
Trump and Giuliani want to turn Trumps Senate trial into a trial of Hunter and Joe Biden. Its about time that someone spoke up and turned that argument around.
