"SNIP.....

President Trump asserted that the Democratic presidential primary is “rigged” against Sen. Bernie Sanders and speculated that candidates who had dropped out of the race had done so in exchange for positions in a Democratic presidential administration, The Hill reports.

Said Trump: “I think it’s rigged against Bernie.”

He later tweeted: “They are staging a coup against Bernie!”

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

And no, it is not Sanders must win or else everything else will fracture the party.

I believe in one vote one person and popular vote wins.

I have always been opposed to the delegate system, not just today and not because of the potential outcome of this convention.

The idea that we are redrawing districts and gerrymandering are absurd and shouldn't even exist but our system enables their existence

If Joe Biden wins I will vote for Joe Biden but you have to understand if you were in the reverse situation where your candidate wins the delegate count via primaries and the nomination is taken from him/her it would make you deeply question this system.

and angers Bernie people. It would feel like gaslighting to Bernie people.

Here is Biden at the town hall.

"SNIP.....

CHARLESTON — Joseph R. Biden Jr. came out swinging at one of his chief rivals, Bernie Sanders, at a televised town hall event on Wednesday, swiping at him over everything from his record on guns to the damage that he suggested Mr. Sanders would do to Democrats running in down-ballot races.

Mr. Sanders identifies as a democratic socialist, and Mr. Biden was asked on the CNN program if he “would support a socialist at the top of the ticket.”

“We have moved in a direction that in fact, the progressive — now ‘progressive’ means ‘Bernie,’” said Mr. Biden, who is a relative centrist but added that throughout his career he had been considered a “liberal liberal.”

“It means democratic socialism or whatever the phrase is,” Mr. Biden said. “I think Bernie is a decent, honorable man who means what he says.”

......SNIP"
