Was one of the first to vote this morning! Loved voting for Joe Biden!

I actually slept last night, I haven't slept well in 3 years.

A young man was in the parking lot where I voted collecting signatures on a petition to try and fix Oklahoma's awful prison system. He was a little shy, I walked up to him and asked him what he was collecting signatures for, his face lit up and he told me, he was so passionate about his cause!

I see so many rapid Bernie supporters at school it is hard to remember that not all young people are like that, most of them are just passionate about causes like we were in the late 60's and early 70's.

We won't get all them to vote with us if Bernie is not the candidate but we cannot waste our energy trying to convert those who were willing to vote for Trump or Stein in 2016 rather than the duly nominated candidate of the Democratic Party. But there are some who are just looking for a way out of what they see as a dark hole of climate change, financial insecurity, racism, sexism and nasty behavior by our leaders. Any of the candidates we offered in our primaries would deliver that, in different ways maybe, but they all strive for the same things. Bernie doesn't have the corner on good works, wanting good healthcare for everyone, caring about the environment and income equality. If we don't win in November, the lives of these young people will be very bleak indeed.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
