In defense of Bloomberg.

I am definitely not a partisan of his but he distinguished himself at his FOX NEWS town hall. One of the participants, an Ayn Rand objectivist, who was obviously full of himself asked why it was his responsibility to contribute to the welfare of another American. He used a lot more highfalutin language than me. Bloomberg said as a rich society it's our responsibility to help those who can't help themselves and even some who won't help themselves. It said a lot about his world view. It's definitely not a Republican one.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

I think that says a lot about his worldview, as well.

I don't want him to be the nominee and I disagree pretty vehemently with a lot of the things he's done and said, but I also think he's more than the stereotypes people throw around, and he's certainly not equivalent to Trump, as many have claimed.

That's what separates the Bloombergs from the Trumps.

* the inferred responsibility of privileged people to act with generosity and nobility toward those less privileged.

However, if he really wants to help, he should drop out and start a SuperPAC for Joe Biden. Then Joe can make him Ambassador to China, and he can clean up.
