I have to give one credit. The Onion article referring to "all nine of Gabbard's supporters" was posted on DU and answered with "it's 10, dammit!"

I thought that was pretty funny. Credit where it's due, even if I have to question their choice of candidate.

A couple isn't 1%, of course. In general, I think you're right.

12. I will say this: If you want to see her true essence,
Tue Mar 3, 2020, 02:43 PM

and what she STILL is all about, watch her silly song on YouTube and read an article where she basically says she is still against gay people. The song is for her mentor who was a raging homophobe. The song was sung just a couple years ago, not "ages" ago like her supporters would insist.

PLUS, there is an article where she was asked point blank if she still felt the same way about conversion therapy and all of the other anti-gay stuff she stood for in the past and she skirted around the issue by saying she votes for gay rights because she doesn't think she should force her beliefs on others. So, in essence, she was saying that, yes, in fact, she is still a raging homophobe.

I would need an industrial strength clothes pin to vote for her, if, Heaven forbid, middle America or the party decided to nominate her, but I can't stand Trump. He's gotta go.
