It's going to be slow and meaningful results won't be in until the wee hours in most places.

(14,322 posts)Like 2 or 3 days for a general election because its so huge and they want to make sure its done right. The primary will probably be a little quicker since there is no contest on the Republican side.

(8,685 posts)Sanders wins Vermont and Biden wins Virginia. Both of those states close at 7pm and both appear to be big wins for each candidate.
If that happens and Biden is announced winner of VA at poll close, that would probably mean a very good night for Joe.
