That doesn’t really help win the general election.

Bernie and Warren doing well in the big blue states and surprisingly well in Texas!

It's like turning the Democratic nominee into the US Senate with it's outsized influence of the conservative minority. It's why we've been losing ground since the 90s. Cue 8 yrs "peace and prosperity" and for an unfortunate many - prison, homelessness, and hunger.

The same arguments were around in 2008 and 2016. It always coincided with one candidate having a strong support of non-whites.
Yes, we'll likely not win SC. The Democrats in those states still have a voice in these primaries. Further, it's a bit dishonest to imply that blue states like MA and CA won't vote for Biden just because the primary electorate favored another Dem or BS.

ME-2, and NE-2, plus hold what we had in 2016.

If we flip either IA or WI

ME-2 and NE-2 do not matter.

That's the ball game there.

BTW, flip JUST FL (impossible with Bernie) and MI

and we can lose AZ, NC, IA, WI, MO, OH, IN, GA, TX, AND PA, then lose either NH or NV as well, plus ME-2 and NE-2 and STILL win

Bernie won Wyoming (Cheney country) which hasn't voted democrat for president in over half a century. He also won other red states - typically caucuses.

Moreover it's like saying when the republicans hold a primary that whoever wins New York or California is not so noteworthy because their party will never win those states in the general election. That's not the point. There are democrats in red states and republicans in blue states and their votes in the primary do matter. Every delegate counts.

It's not as if because Biden lost a primary in a blue state then that means they won't vote for him in a general. That just means that blue state prefer another democrat but when it comes to November they'll always vote democrat.

primary today, I would vote for:
