Beto interview w/specifics on Climate change/Green New Deal and Student debt/Free Community College

I know a lot of people voiced concern due to him not having as many specifics when he first announced but after travelling and talking to voters he has started to talk more about specifics. In this interview he talks about the Green New Deal, what he would do to address climate change, rising college costs, free community college and other education related issues.
