Does Texas still have the two-step primary and caucus?

I remember that from the past.

If I were to vote in a presidential

I know it's not happening this year, and I'm pretty sure it didn't in 16.

It was abandoned in 2015. Now the delegates will only be allocated via primary election. I like this better. When I attended the caucuses afterwards - it was kind of a disorganized mess. Maybe it was just my district but I thought it was a waste of time.

We killed that in 2016. 2008 was the last time we used this
