538 didn't predict MN and MA, but I think those were a bit of a surprise to many. They underestimated delegates for Biden in a few places. Otherwise, they did pretty well. I thought Texas was a stretch, but it looks like Biden will in fact win it.

So, the polls were actually pretty decent, especially in light of the volatility; they may have just not had enough time to fully pick up the trends.
