Does Bloomberg now become DU's best friend, evah?

He’s out of the race and bankrolling Joe.

Is all forgiven, or does every dollar donated come with a stop-n-frisk caveat? I mean, should any D accept even a cent from such a horrible, horrible ( ) person? What does it say about Joe if he accepts Mike’s money? Purists want to know.

If I were to vote in a presidential

Joe Biden

Bloomberg can, however, spend as much as he wants through a PAC (whereupon Citizens United and the GOP Supreme Court bite Trump and the GOP on the ass) as long as the PAC doesn't coordinate with the campaign. As you point out, not only could Bloomberg not give any candidate more than the $2,800 limit, it is a crime if he were to "coordinate" his campaign spending with another candidate.

What Bloomberg can do, and has said he will do all along, is spend massive amounts of money running ads against Trump. That's a very, very good thing.

He has been effective savaging Trump without goung after our Candidates. Sanders has been directly assaulting Democrats. Enough with the class envy. Mike worked, made a shit ton of money and is helping Democrats across country. He's doing alot more for our party than Nina Turner or Michael Moore. Wanna beat Trump? You need money. Bloomberg can spend as much money as he wants to help Biden as long as he doesn't coordinate with Joe's campaign. In fact, it would be illegal for Mike to contribute more than a relatively small amount if he did.

Based on the ads he made for himself while a candidate and the barbs that he has exchanged with Trump Mike doesn't need any help attacking Trump...he's actually better at it than Biden is anyway.

Personally, I welcome every cent Bloomberg will indirectly contribute to Joe's campaign and directly donate for the down-ballot candidates. Man, I cannot believe how fast this field consolidated.
