The heinous filth they spew daily about EW will not entice Warren's base to switch to Sanders. They did the same with Buttigieg with homophobic filth and attacks. I don't know what they are, but they are not progressives. Warren is part of the progressive wing, and so are her supporters, but there's no way in hell I want to be associated with the shit coming from parts of the Sander' campaign.

I think the election is going to move forward without him much quicker this time. Biden has strong appeal in the rust belt, where Hillary didn't. Tuesday the 10th Biden will will Michigan, along with Missouri and Mississippi, and be very competitive in WA. The following week, Ohio and especially Florida will have an opportunity to be the knockout punch. Joe may well be on a path to an absolute first ballot majority at that time. I assume Bernie will go on for a bit but aside from the real fever swamps at JPR/TYT etc, i don't think the vitriol for Hillary exists to the same degree for Joe. A losing, aggrieved campaign may have a harder time sustaining itself. Just one fella's opinion.

Even if she "let's him off the hook" on some of his responses, I see her exposing his weak points by letting him make them. At this time people are scrutinizing and they probably are going to think a lot of what we are thinking at the moment.

After browsing that FIOA email dump of 600 pages, I can't see him as a viable option in a position of power. Someone posted a notated version of them last night and it was fascinating to see who and how all the players in the American coup were connected and pulled it off. Everyone we suspect and then some. Hard to read but well worth it.

formative years to fear socialism, the USSR, Red China, the iron curtain, failed communist communes, Khrushchev, Brezhnev, etc. Many know better now but millions of voters still retain those views and fears.

What I don't understand is how, Sanders, a grown-ass man, who has lived in this country all his life can so misread the zeitgeist of the nation and mislead his supporters into thinking that this country will elect a socialist when there are still millions like the low-info boobs you ran into—especially now when there is no economic downturn. It's just not going to happen. His naivete is stunning. Why do you think trump and the repugs keep pushing for Sanders? They know the country is not going to elect a socialist so they want him to be trump's opponent.

expand his base, in fact he couldn't get the much touted Youth Vote out to vote in the Primaries, and when she put that to him, all he could say was "They'll come out in the General".
