I'm not excited by Biden, but I'm VERY excited by...

... seeing the Dem party come together. It's great to see candidates put the ultimate goal of removing Trump ahead of their own egos. I find that really exciting.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

About a decade ago you may have been right but since Mo Dees and the SPLC chased the Aryan Nations out of the area - we probably have about the same number of whack jobs as anywhere else.

I can already see Biden will act as the Gandalf to the next generation of Dem politicians and ensure he adequately makes way for the young powerful women in Dem politics as well.

We have a simple mission this year—flood the zone with all of our support toward Biden so the message quickly focuses on kicking the orange anus out of power.

I am seeking, and obviously millions of other voters are seeking, a return to normalcy, decency.

Of not waking up each day to worry which vital part of our democracy Trump and his Republican minions have hacked off and killed.

We can consider "big structural changes" and such after this crazy train has a new engineer, and is NO LONGER headed towards a cliff.

And who knows, Biden (or Bernie) may pick a younger, dynamic VP choice that WILL excite the voters, but excite them in a good way.

Today was the first day of early voting in Fl. My wife and I grabbed a cup of coffee and headed out to the polls. I was only us and the poll workers. We got there 45 minutes after opening and we were the sixth and seventh voters.....

I put the "I voted" sticker on my shirt and went out to eat breakfast. It took me a minute to figure out why I was getting all the nasty looks. I am in red country wearing an "I am a Democrat" sign with the I voted sticker.....Screw them if they can't take it.

Two votes for Joe and the rest of the country. (I will be expecting a cabinet post)

You’re not excited by Biden, I get that.

But the fact is its not true one has to have a lot of excitement to win.

Fear can be just as big a motivation to win as excitement or a charismatic candidate.

In 1964 the country was terrified of a right-wing Barry Goldwater.

He was running against Lyndon Johnson a very not loved and unexciting candidate.

Johnson destroyed him in a landslide.

Trump is so universally despised ( but by the brain dead) and feared(of another term) that Biden might win a landslide.

Also, sure Biden is not exciting like an Obama or a Kennedy, but he has a bit of old fashion charm, "old Joe", that to a degree gives him a little charisma.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

I have loved Joe Biden for years, #1, he is sane, he cares about his fellow human beings and his family and he has a heart, he isn't trying to rip people off, and I could go on and on. You won't find a more decent person to represent all of us. Sure is heads and toes above that idiot in the WH and all his derelicts. They are all alike.
