538 now gives Biden a 95% chance of having majority of delegates. Sanders 0.5%.

Only a 4% chance of a brokered convention.

This morning's polls have been brutal for Sanders.

Current delegate estimate at 538, as of their 12:01 pm ET update, is Biden 2368, Sanders 1407.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

I wonder when it is that Bernie will have ZERO paths to the nomination. When will he be 100% mathematically eliminated?

When will he have ZERO percent chance of getting a majority of delegates? That's the question I'm very interested in.

99.999% will be when he has 1991 delegates wrapped, or Sanders quits, But, Anything can happen. But I'm happy with 95%

But generally speaking, I think someone must first possess the ability to feel shame before he (or she) can feel embarrassment. At this rate, I think any actual embarrassment would be felt by the supporters, but not the candidate.

I was thinking oh great contested convention and then the stress of the real election? I feel like I can breath a little now, everyone be sure to vote in your primary though.

This moment was when America started paying attention and realized that they had to coalesce around an electable moderate, if we really wanted Trump gone. I'm sure your 'fear' is well founded and there will no doubt be Sanders supporters that will sit out this election, and a lot of other elections as well.

On the other hand, I have no fear that there will be a large number of Sanders supporters that will vote for our Democratic nominee. I also have no fear that they will continue to vote for Democrats in other elections.

If I were to vote in a presidential

if Biden is the candidate deserves Trump. However, others who are much more responsible and ethical DON'T deserve Trump, and purists who refuse to vote for Biden will be just as much to blame as the most rabid MAGAts if Trump is re-elected.

I don't like Sanders, but I'll hold my nose and vote for him if he's the nominee.

I expect all Democrats and self-professed liberals and progressive independents to Vote Blue, No Matter Who.

If you don't, you're a Trump enabler.

Period.

If you want to tell the future Biden administration to focus on issues you consider important, by all means do so.

But stop trying to discourage people from voting for the Democratic nominee if that nominee isn't the one you want.

You're putting not just the country but the planet at great risk by doing so.

Chris Hedges is a fool. An idealistic fool, but still a fool.
